"The old saying that great things come in small packages could not be more true for this wonderful zoo in Attleboro, MA. This is a perfect place to spend a morning or afternoon. Home to lions, red pandas, otters, lemurs, sloths, an Amur leopard, kangaroos, an emu & a sloth bear, just to name a few, it’s truly a magnificent little zoo. Other highlights include:

Affordability - Splash pad (seasonal) - Toddler-friendly - Stroller-friendly - Huge playground right outside the zoo
Though the splash pad is only open in the summer, anytime of year is a great time to visit! We love to go in the Fall, Winter & Spring when we have the place practically all to ourselves!
Tips:
Plenty of free parking!
The snack bar is seasonal, so plan ahead!
The playground is very visible from the parking lot, so be prepared for the inevitable “can we go to the playground?
There are 2 sets of bathrooms, both are kept very clean. One is in the main pavilion by the snack bar & the other is in the nocturnal building.

This zoo is run by a group of dedicated staff that take excellent care of the animals & the grounds. We can assure you that these animals receive the best possible care. In addition the enclosures you’ll see when you visit, many of them have indoor and/or winter accommodations. They receive top notch veterinary care, tons of love & attention, enrichment, & eat better than most of us. It is our humble belief that making a connection with these animals in this setting will lead to further conservation efforts."
