Here is the text of the Reverse 911 call that went out on March 18th from the Town Managers office.

Good Afternoon,
This is Michael Borg, Town Manager, with important information regarding COVID-19.
As a reminder, social distancing will save lives. Keep 6 feet away from people if you must be in public, wash your hands, and practice healthy habits.
To protect Town personnel and the public and to ensure we can continue to provide essential services, the following measures are currently in place:
All public buildings will be closed to the public until further notice; however, employees are still engaged in doing the Town’s business.
We are asking residents and/or businesses that need to interact with any Town Department to do so by phone or online. A list of online services we offer can be found on our website at www.nattleboro.com. Simply follow the link at the top of the webpage to Online Services.
All parks, ballfields, and playgrounds will be closed for public use. Trails and open spaces can be used by residents at their own risk, but we would like to emphasize that they should be used for passive recreation and that organized group activities are not currently allowed.
Massachusetts 2-1-1 provides real-time COVID-19 information and resources in multiple languages. For any COVID-19 related questions, you can contact mass211.org/
The Health Department will continue to provide resource services and will do so by appointment. The Health Department does not perform COVID-19 testing and is available for questions only. For appointments or questions call (508) 699-0103.
